David Williamson - Mission Leader
David claims he's from Ann Arbor, but he really grew up in Dexter. After doing his time at UM, he graduated with a double major in Greek and History, and has no plans to pursue either. In his spare time he likes to work with wood, play music, and go on crazy adventures. David Loves Spiderman.
Andrew Davignon - Mission Director
Andrew graduated from the University of Michigan and spent several years working as a turnaround consultant. During this time he felt a call to leave his career and follow the Lord. He was led to UCO, where he is honored to serve, proclaiming the good news and preparing the way for the Lord! Andrew likes to read, is always willing to karaoke, and loves to whistle.
Ruth graduated with her Masters from UM and is a teacher of High School Theology and Philosophy. She is thrilled to be back on staff with UCO after being away for a couple of years. When she isn't teaching you can probably find her training for Triathlons.
Stephanie Fitton - Women's Mission Leader
Steph is from South Haven, Michigan, and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She spent a year on staff with UCO in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and is in her second year on staff in Ann Arbor. Steph learned everything she knows about cars (which is precious little) from her dad (who does know everything) and from the BBC program Top Gear. She loves good design, good books, drawing pictures on her thumb, and hugging pillows.
Tadhg Lynch - Men's StaffTadhg originally surfaced in Ireland sometime in the early 80s. At various different points in his life he has called Glasgow, London, Lansing, Belfast and Ann Arbor "home", although to be honest - for him, that word will always mean Dublin. Tadhg is a member of the Servants of the Word - a missionary brotherhood - and a staff member with UCO international - entailing his nomadic existence for the past 7 years. He holds an MA in English Literature and (at most times) a good cup of tea.
Sarah Williamson - Women's Staff
Sarah is an Ann Arbor native who graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in English, French, and secondary education. But instead of teaching high school, she started working for UCO in Grand Rapids and is now returning to Ann Arbor for her second year on staff. When not doing UCO, Sarah loves to play Scrabble, speak French, cook yummy homemade food, and spend time in the great outdoors, among other things.
Ben Wulpi - Men's StaffBen hails all the way from Northern Indiana. Born and raised a Hoosier, all he eats during the summer is corn on the cob and watermelon. Ben graduated from Huntington University in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies. He is glad to be back in Ann Arbor for his second year of UCO staff. Ben is an avid superfan, laugher, and napper.
Jacquelyn Dolezal - Women's Staff A Bowling Green State University grad in English with a minor in Spanish, Jacquelyn recently returned to the U.S. after two years living in Mexico and Peru. Her passions include reading, singing, language-learning, and getting to know people from other cultures. Always willing to help, Jacquelyn would like to offer UCO her talents for cockroach-killing, talking in Spanglish, and filling awkward silences (really, it's no wonder they hired her). She is excited to join staff.
Drew Mabee - Men's Staff Born and bred (at least until age 11) in Atlanta, Georgia, Drew loves homemade biscuits and gravy and the laid back southern pace of life. He recently graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in marketing and is excited to be serving UCO and building the Kingdom of God! Drew enjoys 4 egg omelets, shaving, functional strength training, and a fine cup of black coffee.
Joseph Mathias - Mission Staff
Rosemary Thornton - UCO Women's Executive Director Rosemary is a wife and mother of four girls. She served in UCO for 5 years after college, and now also works as a Physician's Assistant at a local hospital.
Nico Angleys - UCO North American Regional Executive DirectorNico grew up in France in the Alps and came to Ann Arbor in the 90s to study Aerospace at U of M. During that period, God seems to have taken a hold of his life in an unexpected way and Nico decided he’d leave rocket science for more heavenly mission. He’s worked for UCO for 15 years in Ann Arbor, London, and Lansing. He is a member of the Servants of the Word. He is known to hide behind a camera and periodically bust a move or two in the kitchen. He is always looking for Tarot players… (The French card game, not the other kind!)
